Course Design Institute
I collaborate with faculty to design new courses or enhance existing ones, ensuring they align with Quality Matters (QM) standards for effective online learning. By focusing on course structure, content delivery, and accessibility, I help create engaging and pedagogically sound courses that improve learning outcomes and meet high-quality benchmarks.
I analyzed the traditional in-person workshop and collaborated with employee training specialists to develop a fully asynchronous, self-paced online course. This new format enhances flexibility and efficiency, better addressing the needs of both trainers and trainees.
I collaborated with employee training specialists to develop the fully online components of this hybrid program. Given the nature of the target audience, I designed competency-based courses to focus on skill mastery, rather than traditional grade-based assessments.
